The Weeknd
...everyone is craning to see the Weeknd, whose sheer exuberance is far from the solemn character of his records. His transition from solipsist soul boy to charismatic showman is striking.

Why see The Weeknd?
One Night Only!
Save your tears for The Weeknd in LA! The Blinding Lights singer recently announced his sixth studio album, "Hurry Up Tomorrow," which will be released on Jan. 24, 2025 and is produced by himself, Max Martin and Pharrell Williams. The next day you get an exclusive chance to catch him live in LA for one night only!
Canadian singer-songwriter and producer Abel Tesfaye, aka The Weeknd, represents the R&B new school - a new brand of pop-orientated hip hop that's characterized by a unique creative vision and a musicality so ambitious it would put Kanye to shame. 2022 saw The Weeknd hitting the road in support of Dawn FM, and 2020's After Hours, a tour which lasted until 2024, grossed $391,409,458 in revenue and had support from Doja Cat.
The Weeknd first released a few DIY mixtapes before finding himself in the world's spotlight with his full-length debut Kiss Land in 2013. With a distinctive falsetto that glides swiftly and subtly over rolling synth-scapes punctuated with heavy, groovy bass lines, the charismatic muso recalls Michael Jackson in his prime. To date, he has won four Grammy awards, with "Blinding Lights" becoming the most streamed song in Spotify history, as well as the best performing song in the Billboard Hot 100's history.
